He is an astute multi-tasker with a proven track record of achievement and extensive senior management experience (15 years+) in fast paced environments in private and public sectors.

He is a respected task master with exceptional ability to filter out external noise in pursuance of innovative solutions for the task at hand. An excellent communicator, networker and team player who is dynamic yet focused in his dealings with people and business associates.

Sibusiso brings to the team extensive broad-based leadership experience gained in diverse environments ranging from consumer goods manufacturing to waste management, which gives him a unique insight into the concept of a circular economy and how it can be leveraged by industry.

His personal mantras that have guided his day-to-day strategic business decisions in his professional career and in consulting assignments have been a firm belief in “evidence-based decision-making”, “continuous improvement” and “leaving things better than you found them”.

He is a Certified PPP Professional, a trained Kepner-Tregoe Project Management Practitioner, and a trained ISO Standards Practitioner.
He has extensive experience in water and waste-water treatment, factory manufacturing, engineering, and project management gained in various senior management capacities over a period in excess of 10years.

In his capacity as Plant Engineer at the Coca-Cola factory in Wadeville (Germiston), he was part of a core team that implemented GMP, ISO and HACCP Standards. He received a Spot award of R20,000-00 from the Managing Director in recognition of achieving ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and HACCP accreditations in a single year (2004).

Sibusiso also brings a wealth of experience in the waste economy gained in his different capacities throughout his long career.

Sibusiso holds National Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the Cape University of Technology (Peninsula Technikon), a post-graduate certificate (Management Development Programme) from UNISA, and a certificate (Municipal Executives’ Financial Management) from WITS.
Sibusiso also holds the following certificates: APMG Certified PPP (CP³P) Professional, 2017 (for Public Private Partnerships); SABS ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems Course + Auditors Exam; and SABS ISO 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System Course)
